Musical actress and singer Ivy opened up about the challenges of managing her own one-person agency during her appearance on the MBC variety show 'Radio Star'.

Ivy, known for her debut as a sexy diva and now a staple in the musical theater scene, appeared on the show, marking her fourth guest spot. Having established and operated her own agency for quite some time, she shared the difficulties of being a CEO.

"It's been a while since I founded my one-person agency," Ivy explained. "While I enjoy the freedom to choose my own projects since I only do musicals, running everything alone isn't easy." She continued, "Payday comes so quickly. Even though I only have two employees, and now junior actors under my management, I feel pressured to earn money all by myself."

However, Ivy clarified that the agency does not take any profit from the earnings of herself or the junior actors. "The company makes zero profit. The actors take everything. For broadcast appearances, the actors take about 80%, but for musicals, all the profits go directly to the actors," she revealed, highlighting her noble intentions to support her juniors.

Netizens who watched the broadcast commented, "CEO Ivy is truly amazing!", "It's touching to feel her consideration for her juniors," and "It must be really tough running it alone, but I'm cheering for you!"
