'I Am Solo' Season 28's Sang-cheol Explodes at Sun-ja's Crossing the Line: 'You'll Get Divorced if You Keep Messing Around'

On the latest episode of SBS Plus and ENA's variety show 'I Am Solo' (henceforth 'I Am Solo'), Season 28 participant Sang-cheol reached his breaking point after contestant Sun-ja's relentless provocations.

Sun-ja began by probing Sang-cheol's affections, asking, "What would you do if Jung-sook told you to date whoever you wanted today?" Sang-cheol confidently replied, "Then Jung-sook would have chosen me in the end. Isn't that obvious?"

Sun-ja then escalated, stating, "This is why people call you an easy man. People draw a line when it's not right, out of consideration for the other person." Sang-cheol retorted, "I have drawn a line."

Sang-cheol further clarified his stance, saying, "I told Jung-sook that I don't like a 'chicken instead of a pheasant' situation. When she said she'd leave if Young-soo rejected her, I told her I don't like being the second choice."

To this, Sun-ja taunted, "How many people have rejected you? Hyun-sook, Jung-sook?" She continued her barrage, asking, "How does it feel to be constantly rejected by 'Young-soo's girls' and falling behind?" When Sang-cheol faltered, saying, "You think I'm like a rag doll?", Sun-ja doubled down, "Like a rag doll that gets hit everywhere, not hard, but like a rag doll."

Despite Sang-cheol expressing hurt, Sun-ja persisted with her boundary-crossing remarks, calling him "everyone's second choice, everyone's chicken instead of a pheasant."

Finally, Sang-cheol exploded, exclaiming, "Don't make me look like this! You'll get divorced if you keep messing around like that. If I talk about my past, that's what it is. You need to stop. Do you think me accepting everything means it's okay?"

When Sun-ja said she was scared, Sang-cheol added, "That's why you shouldn't cross the line."

Observing the scene, panelist Defconn sighed, "That's a signal to stop. If you keep taking it as a joke... you have to know when to stop."
