Mingi, a member of the popular K-pop group ATEEZ, has sustained a finger fracture following a fall during the 'Waterbomb Macau' festival.

The incident occurred on June 9th at the outdoor venue in Macau. While performing, Mingi slipped on a protruding part of the stage and fell. Upon returning to Korea and receiving medical attention, it was confirmed that he fractured the fourth finger on his left hand. He is currently wearing a cast on the injured area.

His agency, KQ Entertainment, stated that Mingi will continue with scheduled activities without any break from his performance schedule. However, this decision has sparked concern among fans, with many expressing worries that it might be too strenuous for him given the injury.

Coincidentally, singer HyunA also experienced a collapse on stage on the same day, marking a doubly unfortunate event for K-pop artists at the festival.

ATEEZ was recently announced as promotional models for Shilla Duty Free.

Fans are expressing concern, commenting things like, "How can he perform with a cast on?", "Shouldn't his recovery be the priority?", and "The agency seems to be pushing him too hard,ㅠㅠ".
