Ha Ji-won Explains Why She 'Intentionally' Ignored Kim Dae-ho's Call

Actress Ha Ji-won revealed the reason behind her decision to not answer broadcaster Kim Dae-ho's phone call.

On the YouTube channel 'Heulsim Daeho', a video titled '“That’s Why I Came to Like You…” Young Man Kim Dae-ho’s Heartfelt Confession in Front of Ha Ji-won | Heulsim Daeho Episode 27' was uploaded on the 13th.

In the video, Kim Dae-ho met Ha Ji-won, his long-time ideal type, and couldn't hide his excitement. He recalled an instance where he had tried to call Ha Ji-won but couldn't get through, and his nervousness grew when she called him during the filming.

Kim Dae-ho presented Ha Ji-won with a bouquet he personally prepared, showcasing his fan admiration. The two explained that they became acquainted through the travel variety show 'Massage Road'. Ha Ji-won shared, "After COVID-19, opportunities for actors to dine and have company dinners together decreased, making it difficult to get to know each other personally. But during the 'Massage Road' filming, traveling together by plane and having dinners every day felt like a constant company dinner, and we became much closer."

Kim Dae-ho agreed, adding, "We filmed the program for a long time, and since we were together almost constantly for a month, we became very close." He also noted that the trip seemed to have strengthened their bond. When asked about Kim Dae-ho's friendliness, Ha Ji-won remarked with a laugh, "I'm not sure about his friendliness, but his sincerity made me want to be his friend."

Previously, during a recording with guest Park Na-rae, Kim Dae-ho had attempted to call Ha Ji-won, but the call went unanswered. Ha Ji-won stated, "I saw the broadcast with Na-rae. I saw an article titled 'Is It Ha Ji-won or Me?' and that's when I realized Kim Dae-ho had tried to call around that time."

When asked if she missed the call because she was busy with filming, Ha Ji-won firmly replied, "No. I intentionally didn't answer," leaving Kim Dae-ho flustered. He tried to smooth things over by saying, "You must have been very busy, so you couldn't answer, right?" but soon burst into laughter.
