Kang Tae-oh & Lee Shin-young Rush to Save Kim Se-jeong in Peril: 'The Love Story of Madam Jo' Episode 3 Preview
Kang Tae-oh and Lee Shin-young are set to make their heroic entrance as the finest men of justice across the land in 'The Love Story of Madam Jo'.
In the third episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'The Love Story of Madam Jo' (written by Jo Seung-hee, directed by Lee Dong-hyun, abbreviated as 'Madam Jo'), airing today (14th), Crown Prince Lee Kang (played by Kang Tae-oh) and Prince Je-un Lee Woon (played by Lee Shin-young) will join forces to rescue the framed chief merchant Park Dal-yi (played by Kim Se-jeong).
In the previous episode, Park Dal-yi, with the help of Lee Kang, managed to save the daughter of Elder Heo (played by Choi Deok-moon), who was about to become a victim of a fabricated 'Yeolnyeomun' (a gate honoring virtuous widows). However, the family of Elder Heo's daughter, holding a grudge for their foiled plan, sought revenge by framing Park Dal-yi as a thief.
Consequently, Park Dal-yi, dragged to the provincial office, faced the severe punishment of being rolled in a straw mat and even the amputation of her lower limbs for violating the chief merchant's code of conduct. But the execution was halted by the sudden appearance of Lee Kang.
In the released stills, Lee Kang appears like a hero, accompanied by Wing Commander Oh Shin-won (played by Kwon Ju-seok) and Eunuch Yoon Se-dol (played by Han Sang-jo). Seeing Park Dal-yi, who reminded him of the deceased Crown Princess, Lee Kang walks towards her with a determined gaze, exuding an undeniable charisma.
Adding to the rescue, Lee Woon also joins the effort. Unlike Lee Kang, Lee Woon arrives with a calm smile and is expected to present crucial evidence that will prove Park Dal-yi's innocence, further piquing curiosity. How did both men learn of the situation and come to her rescue? And what fate awaits the bound and pleading Park Dal-yi? All will be revealed in today's episode, airing at 9:40 PM.
Korean netizens are buzzing with anticipation, commenting, 'It's so thrilling to see Lee Kang and Lee Woon teaming up to save Dal-yi!', 'What's with Kang Tae-oh's gaze? I'm so excited for episode 3!', and 'Actress Kim Se-jeong must have had a tough time filming, hope she gets rescued soon!'.
