Veteran Actor Jung Jae-sung Joins MBC's 'Judge Lee Han-young' as Ji Sung's Father

Acclaimed supporting actor Jung Jae-sung has officially joined the cast of MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama, 'Judge Lee Han-young.'

His agency, Inyeon Entertainment, announced on the 14th that Jung Jae-sung will portray 'Lee Bong-seok,' the father of the protagonist, Judge Lee Han-young (played by Ji Sung).

'Judge Lee Han-young,' based on a web novel of the same name, is a fantasy regression drama where the protagonist returns to the past to deliver justice. Jung Jae-sung is expected to deeply portray a father who lived a tumultuous life, while being a devoted family man who genuinely loves his wife and son.

Known for his remarkable ability to embody diverse characters, Jung Jae-sung has previously impressed audiences in films like 'Veteran,' 'Inside Men,' and 'Hunt,' as well as dramas such as 'Prison Playbook,' 'My Mister,' 'The World of the Married,' 'Big Mouth,' 'Marry My Husband,' and 'Good Partner.'

Anticipation is high for the transformation Jung Jae-sung will bring to his role in 'Judge Lee Han-young.' The drama is set to premiere on January 2, 2026.
