LE SSERAFIM's Agency Vows Stronger Legal Action Against Malicious Comments
SOURCE MUSIC, the agency for the girl group LE SSERAFIM, has announced plans to strengthen its legal response to the recent surge in malicious comments.
In a statement released on the fan community platform Weverse, the agency revealed, "We have confirmed a recent sharp increase in malicious posts that infringe upon the rights and interests of our artists, including malicious criticism, defamation, mockery, and the spread of false information targeting LE SSERAFIM and its individual members."
The agency further stated, "Insult and defamation against artists constitute criminal offenses punishable by law, and we are regularly and irregularly pursuing legal action against such malicious posts. Posts and comments made anonymously are no exception, and criminal punishment for their authors is continuously being carried out."
