‘Sal-Ja’, The Four Princesses Visit University Campus with Seo Kyung-seok, Hint of Hong Jin-hee’s ‘Sunny’ Past?

KBS 2TV’s ‘How Are You Doing’ (literal translation) is set to feature the ‘Four Princesses’ embarking on a campus adventure, fulfilling their freshman year dreams.

The cast visits the University of Traditional Korean Culture, a prestigious institution, to mingle with 25th-grade freshmen and catch a glimpse of the modern MZ generation’s college life.

During a conversation about dating culture, Hye-eun asked about contemporary student practices. Hong Jin-hee humorously interjected with a playful question, asking if there were any “wizened-looking students,” drawing laughter from the group.

Surprisingly, the new college students recognized Hong Jin-hee instantly from her iconic role as the foul-mouthed character in the hit movie ‘Sunny.’ Hong Jin-hee responded with enthusiastic fan service, earning cheers from the delighted students.

Meanwhile, Seo Kyung-seok, known as the ‘all-around brain’ of the entertainment industry, makes a special appearance. A graduate of Seoul National University with numerous certifications, Seo Kyung-seok holds the distinction of being the first celebrity to achieve a perfect score on the Korean History Proficiency Test. He has also published a history book, establishing himself as a ‘history storyteller.’

Hong Jin-hee playfully quizzed Seo Kyung-seok about his past comedic partnership with Jo Hye-ryeon in the sketch comedy ‘My Mom,’ asking, “Did Hye-ryeon dump you?” sparking curiosity.

Seo Kyung-seok also bravely shared his past experience of falling victim to fraud. Park Won-sook empathized deeply, revealing her own similar experience, which led to shared laughter.

Seo Kyung-seok then conducted a history lesson on the Three Kingdoms period for the ‘Four Princesses.’ However, even the seasoned presenter faced unexpected challenges from the unpredictable group.

When Park Won-sook learned about the historical significance of the Han River basin, she humorously remarked, “Is that why real estate around the Han River is so expensive?” leaving Seo Kyung-seok momentarily flustered.

Following the lecture, the five members enjoyed a leisurely boat ride on the Baekma River, soaking in the scenic beauty. Seo Kyung-seok livened up the atmosphere with nostalgic catchphrases and showcased his hidden vocal talents with an impromptu on-board performance, displaying his charm, wit, and entertainment prowess to the fullest.
