Girl's Day's Hyeri Opens Up About Hitting Her Limit: 'I'm Surviving on Supplements'

Hyeri, formerly of the group Girl's Day, has revealed she's feeling the strain of her physical limits.

On the 14th, Hyeri uploaded a video titled 'Shanghai & Qingdao Hotspot List: Restaurants & Photo Spots from a Packed 3-Day Trip' to her YouTube channel.

In the video, Hyeri began by sharing an anecdote: "I used to want to take a nap so badly that I'd fall asleep without the energy to even go to my bedroom. Then, I started avoiding the light and ended up hiding under my desk."

Back on the sofa, she confessed, "Everyone, I'm so exhausted. Would you like to see my ridiculously packed schedule?" and unveiled her packed October itinerary.

Comparing her current state to a wilting plant she showed, Hyeri lamented, "This is exactly how I feel right now. I'm truly hitting the limit of my stamina lately. Older members used to tell me, 'Hey Hyeri! Your twenties and thirties are completely different. You think this will last forever, right? Wait till you're over thirty.' I don't know if it's just me, but it's genuinely so tough."

She then presented a large haul of health supplements, stating, "I have no choice but to do this." The supplements included glutathione, Gyeongokgo, deer antler, Gongjindan, various gummy vitamins, CoQ10, Vitamin B, and magnesium. "It's chaos. I'm living on medicine these days," she added.

However, Hyeri concluded, "I think I need a vacation more than supplements." She announced, "I'm going on a trip next week. I knew I had to go from the moment this schedule was set," revealing her destination as Shanghai and Qingdao.
