Former After School Member Nana Escapes Home Intruder Amidst Robbery Attempt

Singer and actress Nana, formerly of the group After School, was involved in a harrowing home invasion incident where an intruder attempted a robbery at her residence.

On the 15th, a representative from Nana's agency, Sublime, confirmed the incident, stating, "It is true that an intruder broke into Nana's home this morning and was apprehended by the police." The agency requested understanding, adding, "Specific details are currently under investigation and difficult to disclose at this time."

Earlier that day, around 6 AM, a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, allegedly entered a luxury villa in Acheondong, Guri City, Gyeonggi Province, armed with a weapon. He is accused of threatening the resident and demanding money.

Nana and her mother were reportedly present in the house at the time. It is understood that they managed to subdue the intruder through a physical struggle before contacting the police. Mr. A was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, while Nana and her mother were thankfully unharmed.

A representative for Nana reassured the public, stating, "Fortunately, both are reported to be in good health." The police plan to continue their investigation with Mr. A after completing their interview with the victim.
