Actor Jo Jung-suk has shared heartwarming anecdotes about his daughter, showcasing his doting fatherly side.

In a YouTube video uploaded on the 15th to the channel ‘Yoo Yeon-seok’s Weekend Drama’, titled ‘Jo Jung-seok SHOW Open’, the actor was invited as a guest where he had a candid conversation with host Yoo Yeon-seok.

Upon mentioning Jo Jung-seok’s daughter, Yoo Yeon-seok remarked, “It was truly fascinating even when I first saw Ye-won,” to which Jo Jung-seok responded with a proud smile, revealing that his daughter is now 6 years old.

“She went to kindergarten wearing a pumpkin skirt, and she’s so adorable,” Jo Jung-seok shared. “While getting ready for kindergarten by herself, she asks the mirror, ‘Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the prettiest in the world?’ And when I ask her, ‘Who are you asking that to?’, she says, ‘You should be asking me, Dad!’” he recounted with evident affection.

When asked if his daughter inherited his 'vibe,' Jo Jung-seok explained, “Rather than having a vibe, she enjoys role-playing. She likes it as a form of play.” He further elaborated, “I read children’s books to her in a fun way. My debut was in ‘The Nutcracker,’ a family musical,” showcasing his unique talents. Yoo Yeon-seok responded with envy, saying, “It must be wonderful to have Jo Jung-seok as a dad.”

Jo Jung-seok also mentioned his daughter's love for singing. “She’s obsessed with ‘K-pop Demon Hunters.’ Every day when she goes to kindergarten, she asks her mom to style her hair like a character, depending on her mood. Gummy is also very skilled at hair styling,” he said, praising his wife, singer Gummy.
