U-Know Yunho Reflects on His Viral 'Life's Truth Rap' Meme: 'Honestly, I'm Bad at Rapping'
TVXQ's U-Know Yunho looked back on one of his past viral memes, the 'Life's Truth Rap,' sharing his candid thoughts.
Appearing as a guest on the 'Legendary Masters' segment of KBS Cool FM's 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show' on the 16th, U-Know Yunho recounted the story behind the rap that became a meme.
He explained, "We were filming 'Happy Together,' and suddenly I was asked to rap, which wasn't planned at all. The line 'It's the truth of life' ended up becoming a meme because it had a philosophical touch." He added with a laugh, "Even listening back now, I realize I'm really not good at rapping."
DJ Park Myung-soo offered encouragement, acknowledging that it was an impromptu performance.
U-Know Yunho also touched upon the 'Happy Birthday, Changmin' meme. He revealed that the birthday shout-out on KBS's 'Music Bank' was a genuine gesture to make his fellow TVXQ member Changmin feel special. "Changmin was embarrassed, but I was sincere. Looking back now, these moments become memories," he shared.
When Park Myung-soo commented that embarrassing moments often turn into fond memories over time, U-Know Yunho jokingly remarked, "That's when I became the 'Celebration Man,' and people started asking me to give congratulatory messages everywhere I went."
Netizens reacted positively, commenting, 'U-Know Yunho is a meme master, acknowledged,' 'His honesty is more charming,' and 'That's the vibe from back then.' Fans are embracing his witty remarks.
