Lee Hyo-ri Recalls Ad Shoot with Jessica Alba, Praises the Power of Makeup

Singer Lee Hyo-ri reminisced about her past advertisement filming experience with Hollywood actress Jessica Alba, emphasizing the significant role of makeup.

In a YouTube video uploaded on the 15th to the channel 'Hong's MakeuPlay Hongimo,' titled 'Just Makeup Honest Review with Hyo-ri,' Lee Hyo-ri shared a memory from a cosmetic brand photoshoot in Canada.

"Back then, I was filming with Jessica Alba in Canada for a cosmetic brand," Lee Hyo-ri recalled. "Jessica Alba was incredibly stunning. I was so worried I'd look worse next to her. But then, Director Jung Saem-mool did my makeup, and I looked so beautiful, truly."

She continued, "Even now, when I compare the photos, I look so pretty. I remember feeling so confident and taking the pictures. No one could beat Director Jung Saem-mool when it came to making someone look beautiful," expressing her deep admiration for the makeup artist.

Furthermore, Lee Hyo-ri candidly discussed aging. "Do vertical wrinkles appear later? I only get horizontal ones," she remarked. She also explained why she avoids smoky eye makeup: "I don't apply dark colors around my eyes anymore. It makes the wrinkles more prominent, and my uneven eyes stand out more." When asked by fans why she doesn't do smoky makeup, she humorously replied, "You guys don't know what's going on. I want to do it too!" drawing laughter.
