Lee Dong-hwi, the younger brother of singer and actor Cha Eun-woo, has garnered attention with his surprise appearance as an AI expert.

A video titled 'Korea AI Summit Featured Researcher | Cho Yong-min | AI Expert AI Branding Lee Dong-hwi' was released on the YouTube channel 'Sebasi Lecture' on the 16th, drawing significant interest.

The video captured researcher Lee Dong-hwi on stage at the 'AI Summit Seoul & Expo 2025' held on the 10th. He delivered a lecture alongside Cho Yong-min, CEO of UnboundLab, on the topic 'AI Recipe: An AI Created for My Brother Evolves into a Brand Verification Tool'.

Lee Dong-hwi introduced himself, stating, "I majored in media in China, worked in the advertising industry, and then participated in this project after sharing personal concerns with the CEO." He added, "I am grateful to be invited to the AI Summit and to give a speech."

He explained that the problems he encountered working in fields close to celebrities served as the starting point for his solution planning. "Celebrities often struggle with how to communicate with their fans, and entertainment and brand companies also feel a strong need for data feedback," he said. "I wanted to create a tool that could solve these concerns."

He particularly expressed deep concern about the issue of malicious online comments, emphasizing, "With so much media exposure these days, I've seen many celebrities get deeply hurt by malicious comments. My goal is to create a system that can protect them."

Researcher Lee Dong-hwi is an alumnus of Fudan University in China and joined UnboundLab after working at a well-known domestic advertising company. His connection to Cha Eun-woo brought him public attention.
