Actress Kim Yoo-jung, currently captivating audiences in the tvN drama 'Dear X,' has shared a surprising anecdote about how she learned to read and write Korean as a child.
In a YouTube video released on the 16th on the channel 'Jeong Jaeyong's Fairy,' host Jeong Jaeyong commented on Kim Yoo-jung's extensive acting career, suggesting she must know all the directors in Korea. Kim Yoo-jung responded, "I started acting so young that I don't remember much," adding, "I even learned Korean through scripts."
When Jeong Jaeyong inquired about how she acted before being able to read, Kim Yoo-jung explained, "Someone would read the script next to me, and I would memorize it by listening." Jeong was astonished, remarking, "You memorized all of that? You must have been a great student."
