Singer Woody has revealed a special encounter with 'National Singer' Kim Gun-mo, who has kicked off his nationwide concert tour after a six-year hiatus.

On the 16th, Woody took to his social media (SNS) to share a photo with Kim Gun-mo, accompanied by the affectionate caption, "My hero, my idol."

In the revealed picture, Kim Gun-mo and Woody are seated side-by-side, warmly giving a thumbs-up. Although Kim Gun-mo appeared somewhat frail, his friendly interaction with junior artist Woody created a heartwarming scene.

Woody, who was previously under the same agency as Kim Gun-mo, also received much love for his remake of Kim Gun-mo's hit song 'A Sadder Today Than Yesterday' in May.

Meanwhile, Kim Gun-mo began his nationwide concert tour in September with performances in Busan and Daegu, breaking his long hiatus. The tour is scheduled to conclude with a concert in Seoul in January, covering major cities.
