IVE's Jang Won-young Can't Find Her Name on Kkancho Snack, Fans Adore Her Adorable Sulk
IVE member Jang Won-young shared a moment of adorable disappointment with fans after failing to find her name inside a popular Korean snack, Kkancho.
On the 18th, Jang Won-young posted several photos on her social media account with the caption, 'Won-young isn't here.' The revealed photos show Jang Won-young holding a bag of Kkancho or carefully examining the snacks she held in her hand. She seemed to be searching for her name or a desired image among the cute patterns printed on the snack's surface, but her pouty expression after failing to find it drew laughter from fans.
In the photos, Jang Won-young sported a fairy-like visual, wearing a pure white long-sleeved top and a lace-trimmed miniskirt. Her long, straight hair and lovely makeup further accentuated her innocent yet vibrant charm.
Jang Won-young struck various poses, such as gazing at the camera with both hands full of Kkancho or hiding her face with the snack bag, sharing her relatable and simple daily life behind the idol's glamorous facade.
Fans reacted enthusiastically, commenting, 'I'll find it for you!', 'Lotte should reflect on this,' and 'I almost had a heart attack because she's so cute.'
The trend of finding names on snacks started with the 40th-anniversary limited edition Kkancho. Each individual snack has one of 504 names or 90 heart shapes randomly printed on it. The names include the four official character names (Kani, Choni, Chobi, Ruby) and 500 popular South Korean baby names registered between 2008 and 2025, which indeed includes 'Won-young'.
