ATRP, the agency representing singer-actress Arin and former LOONA member Chuu, has announced its firm stance against malicious online activity targeting its artists.

The company released an official statement confirming a surge in harmful content, including sexual harassment, defamation, insults, malicious slander, and the spread of false information aimed at Chuu and Arin.

ATRP emphasized that such actions are clear legal violations and declared their intention to pursue rigorous legal action without leniency or settlement.

To protect its artists, the agency is continuously monitoring online communities, social media, and video platforms both domestically and internationally, gathering evidence. They will collaborate closely with a legal firm to take all possible civil and criminal measures against every instance of malicious posts, comments, and illegal activities identified.

Furthermore, ATRP stressed that attempts to delete evidence or evade responsibility will be thoroughly investigated and met with strict action.

While acknowledging that legal proceedings may take months to over a year to conclude, ATRP reiterated its unwavering commitment to defending its artists' rights. They also urged fans to submit any supporting evidence of malicious content to their dedicated email at legal@atrp.co.kr.

Fans have responded positively to ATRP's strong stance, with comments like "Finally, decisive action!", "We support this move 100%", and "Please protect our artists."

Some netizens expressed concerns, questioning how the agency plans to address rumors that have already spread widely.
