Appearing on the MBC variety show 'Radio Star' on the 19th, Kim revealed his post-retirement journey, which includes a deep dive into the food industry, particularly his hamburger business.
He reflected on his baseball career, stating, "Many people still remember my 2001 championship win. I was fortunate to hold the title of the first Asian to achieve this." However, he admitted to feeling hesitant when discussing his prime years, preferring to focus on his present endeavors.
Kim's passion truly ignited with his foray into sausages. "After running a hamburger shop, I opened a hot dog stand at a baseball stadium, and it became very popular," he explained. "Then, I became fascinated by the allure of sausages and entered an international competition, where I won an impressive seven awards."
