Beenzino's Wife, Model Stefanie Michova, Opens Up About Son Rubin's Illness and Postpartum Depression

Model Stefanie Michova, wife of rapper Beenzino, has candidly shared her struggles with her son Rubin's recent illness and her experience with postpartum depression.

In a video uploaded on her YouTube channel, 'Stefanie Michova,' on the 19th, titled 'Why Stefanie Michova Can Stay Strong Even During Difficult Times with Postpartum Depression (With My Husband),' she detailed the challenges she's faced.

The content captured Michova's solitary efforts in caring for her son, Rubin, who had been unwell. The video focuses on their time together at home after Beenzino left for work.

While organizing laundry, Michova spoke about Rubin's condition. "Rubin is napping now, but he was really sick starting yesterday. We went to the emergency room. He kept throwing up and having diarrhea, it was enteritis," she shared, recounting the critical situation.

She further expressed her distress: "Only one guardian could go in with Rubin, so Beenzino went because he speaks Korean better. I waited in the waiting room." She confessed, "It was really hard. I wanted to be with Rubin. I knew Beenzino would do well, but I wanted to be there too. I wanted to hold Rubin."

Michova also shared the difficulties they've been through, stating, "He had blood tests and ultrasounds. Rubin didn't cry during the blood test; he's a strong baby." She added, "Right after his first birthday, he suddenly got COVID-19, then suddenly had a skin rash, and now enteritis," detailing the tough period.

Later, while enjoying playtime and gardening with Rubin, Michova openly discussed her battle with postpartum depression.

"Of course, being a mother is wonderful, and I love Rubin dearly, but there are days that are truly difficult," she admitted. "I felt overwhelmed, like too many things were happening at once. Thankfully, I felt better right after coming outside."

She continued, "I still have a bit of postpartum depression left. Sometimes, when it's too noisy, my head feels like it's going to explode. I didn't think it would be this hard. It's nobody's fault; some days are just like that. I did my best, and that's enough," she revealed her inner thoughts.

Stefanie Michova and Beenzino began their public relationship in 2015 and registered their marriage in 2022. They welcomed their first son, Rubin, last November.
