
Actress Lee Hae-in Thanks Fans After Becoming Owner of a 4 Billion Won Building
Actress Lee Hae-in has expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of support after becoming the owner of a building worth approximately 4 billion won.
On the 20th, Lee Hae-in shared a video on her social media account detailing the process of purchasing the building, stating, “There were times the deal fell through while negotiating the terms, and various episodes occurred during the building acquisition process.”
In the revealed video, Lee Hae-in met with a real estate expert and documented her journey to purchasing the building. She titled the video ‘Good buildings come to those who prepare diligently,’ sparking curiosity by highlighting the difficulty in acquiring a prime property.
Lee Hae-in remarked, “While it might not seem like much in today’s real estate market, this was a deal where my everything was on the line. I need to work hard from now on to maintain it. Please join me in that journey,” she requested.
Previously, on the 15th, Lee Hae-in released a video on her YouTube channel ‘Lee Hae-in 36.5’ titled ‘I married a 4 billion won asset owner.’ In the video, she compared the process of acquiring the 4 billion won building to ‘marriage.’ Starting with meeting a real estate expert, she shared her 5-month journey of purchasing the building, the results, and her reflections.
