Comedian Hong Yun-hwa and Kim Min-gi Join 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' After 26kg Weight Loss

Comedienne Hong Yun-hwa and singer Kim Min-gi are set to join the popular SBS reality show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' as a new celebrity couple.

According to SBS reports, the couple met as seniors and juniors on the comedy show 'Gag Tonight' and developed a relationship after dating for nine years, eventually marrying in November 2018. Kim Min-gi currently runs a successful fish cake bar in Mapo District.

Notably, Hong Yun-hwa recently garnered attention for her significant transformation after losing 26kg. She embarked on a diet in April with a goal of losing 40kg and has expressed her determination to overcome any potential weight regain.

While Hong Yun-hwa has appeared on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' as a special MC before her marriage and in 2024, this marks their first appearance as a regular 'Destiny Couple' on the show.
