Singer Rain has revealed a surprising health diagnosis during a recent check-up: high cholesterol.

The latest episode of his YouTube channel, 'Season B Season,' uploaded on the 20th, featured mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang as a guest. The two visited an omakase restaurant together.

During their meal, Rain inquired about Tzuyang's health status after a recent check-up. Upon hearing that Tzuyang's results were perfect, Rain shared his own unexpected news.

"I had my health check-up? They told me I have high cholesterol," Rain confessed, much to Tzuyang's surprise. He added, "They told me to exercise more," expressing his bewilderment.

Tzuyang, who was aware of Rain's rigorous workout routines, questioned, "But you work out so hard?" Rain responded, "I told them, 'How much more exercise can I possibly do here?' But they insisted on more cardio," he shared, highlighting his disbelief.

Rain married actress Kim Tae-hee in 2017 and they have two daughters.
