Comedian Kim Soo-yong, who recently faced a health scare due to an acute myocardial infarction, has been discharged from the hospital following successful angioplasty surgery.

On the 21st, fellow comedian Yoon Suk-joo shared messages exchanged with Kim Soo-yong on his social media account, announcing his recovery. In the captured chat, Kim Soo-yong messaged, "I'm home after being discharged," to which Yoon Suk-joo humorously replied, "It's a relief it wasn't a funeral home."

Earlier, on the 17th, Yoon Suk-joo had also shared their conversation, expressing concern, "Hyung, are you okay? I'm worried." Kim Soo-yong responded, "Luckily, I didn't die. I died and came back to life," prompting Yoon Suk-joo to joke, "My condolence money is safe. Yay!", bringing laughter amidst the tense situation.

Kim Soo-yong collapsed on the 13th while filming YouTube content in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, and was rushed to the emergency room. After receiving emergency treatment, including CPR, he was diagnosed with an acute myocardial infarction and underwent angioplasty. He is now recovering at home.
