IVE's Seo to Depart as 'Inkigayo' MC After 1 Year and 7 Months

Seo, a member of the popular K-pop group IVE, is set to bid farewell to her role as an MC for SBS's music show 'Inkigayo'.

Having joined the show's hosting team in April of last year, Seo has captivated viewers with her bright and energetic hosting style, becoming a beloved presence on Sunday afternoons. Her consistent growth and stable delivery added significant vitality to the program, solidifying her position as the face of 'Inkigayo'.

Every Sunday felt like a gift to me. Despite my initial inexperience, I believe I could finish happily thanks to the viewers' constant support and love."

She concluded by saying, "I sincerely love DIVE who always cheered for me as MC Seo, and I want to thank the production team, agency staff, and fellow MCs who worked hard alongside me. While MC Seo will say goodbye for now, I plan to return with even better stages and activities as IVE's Seo, so please continue to show your support."

Seo's final 'Inkigayo' appearance will be broadcast on Sunday, December 7th, at 3:20 PM KST.
