Ha Ji-won Celebrates 10th Japan Fan Meeting, Fulfills 'Dance Academy' Promise

Actress Ha Ji-won successfully concluded her 10th fan meeting in Japan, creating special memories with her fans.

Held on the 24th of last month at the Yomiuri Hall in Yurakucho, Tokyo, the event titled ‘2025 Ha Ji Won 10th Fan Meeting [10th Journey, Endless Love]’ saw Ha Ji-won express her excitement and gratitude for her tenth encounter with her Japanese fanbase.

The opening performance featured the Japanese song ‘Yurete iru Kokoro’ (Shaking Heart), personally selected by fans. Ha Ji-won delivered a heartfelt rendition, stating that the song was chosen from a poll of fan favorites from previous meetings. Notably, Ha Ji-won took personal charge of the fan meeting's planning, from song selection to corner organization, aiming to create a more meaningful time with her audience.

She also premiered footage from her recent trip to New York and revisited stories from fans she had connected with over the past ten fan meetings. Extending last year's 'Time Capsule Creation' event, a 'Time Capsule Opening Ceremony' was held. Ha Ji-won revealed her promise written in the capsule: to 'enroll in a dance academy.' In a surprise performance of Choi Yena's 'Na-mi Na-mi,' she demonstrated that she had kept her word. The event also included interactive 'Team Battle Games' and performances of other Japanese songs like ‘Yume wo Akiramenai de’ (Don't Give Up on Your Dreams) and ‘Sekai Dare yori mo Kitto’ (Surely More Than Anyone in the World), further igniting the fan meeting's atmosphere.

Ha Ji-won remarked, 'Excluding the pandemic period, it feels like a miracle to have held 10 fan meetings by consistently meeting with my Japanese fans over the years.'
