Comedian Kim Soo-yong, Recovered from Heart Attack, to Appear on 'You Quiz on the Block' with Yoo Jae-suk

Comedian Kim Soo-yong, who had concerned fans after collapsing due to a heart attack, is set to appear on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block,' reuniting with his longtime friend Yoo Jae-suk.

On the 3rd, tvN confirmed to OSEN, "It is true that Kim Soo-yong will be appearing on 'You Quiz,' and filming is scheduled for today."

Kim Soo-yong collapsed on March 13th while filming content for YouTube in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, and was rushed to the emergency room. After receiving emergency treatment, including CPR, he was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and underwent angioplasty, thankfully recovering his health.

Discharged from the hospital on March 20th, Kim Soo-yong will now meet viewers through 'You Quiz on the Block.' Notably, he will reunite with Yoo Jae-suk, a fellow comedian who debuted through the 1st KBS University Gag Contest in 1991. Both are also known for their close-knit friendship group, 'Jo Dong Ari,' with members like Kim Yong-man and Ji Suk-jin.

It is anticipated that Kim Soo-yong will share details about his health scare and his current condition, as well as talk about his enduring friendship with Yoo Jae-suk during the show.
