Actor Moo Jin-sung on Chemistry with Lee Jun-ho: 'Portrayed Obsessive Love'

Actor Moo Jin-sung has opened up about his unique on-screen chemistry with Lee Jun-ho in the tvN drama 'Typhoon Trading'.

During an interview with OSEN on the 3rd, Moo Jin-sung shared, "There were moments with Lee Jun-ho in 'Typhoon Trading' that felt akin to a love scene, showcasing a peculiar chemistry."

He explained, "Hyun-joon's feelings towards Tae-poong went beyond simple rivalry, bordering on obsession." Moo Jin-sung added, "In our face-to-face scenes, we strived to express subtle psychological tension that could even lead to misunderstandings. Lee Jun-ho even joked, 'Your gaze is strange,' and 'Why are your lips so pink?' recalling the moments with a chuckle."

Moo Jin-sung praised his collaboration with Lee Jun-ho, stating, "Despite playing characters with deep emotional conflicts, it was a positive experience. There was a significant gap between being on and off camera, but once the cameras rolled, we immersed ourselves as if nothing else mattered."

He continued, "Although it was my first time acting with Lee Jun-ho, he possesses a profound energy. I was surprised on set after set and felt stimulated as an actor. I believe these aspects contributed to the synergy in the scenes between Hyun-joon and Tae-poong."
