Comedian Kim Soo-yong, currently recovering after collapsing from acute myocardial infarction, has shared a humorous update about his health.

During a YouTube video on the channel 'Vivo TV' on the 3rd, hosts Song Eun-yi and Kim Sook received questions from viewers about Kim Soo-yong's condition.

Song Eun-yi confirmed that Kim Soo-yong had recovered well and was discharged from the hospital, then proceeded to call him.

When Kim Sook playfully asked, "Oppa, are you in the afterlife right now?" Kim Soo-yong responded with a laugh, "I went to the afterlife. But they told me to go back because I wasn't on the roster yet."

He detailed his new lifestyle, stating, "Goodbye to smoking now." He has listed items like alcohol, cigarettes, hamburgers, cola, and grilled meat as things he will no longer consume, vowing to adopt healthier habits. He added, "I'm just grateful I can laugh. I'm someone who died, after all," reflecting on the preciousness of life.

Kim Soo-yong collapsed suddenly on April 13th while filming YouTube content in Gapyeong-gun. Thanks to the prompt CPR administered by those around him, including Im Hyung-jun, he regained consciousness on the way to the hospital. He was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, underwent angioplasty, and was discharged on April 20th.
