Lee Mi-joo Sends Video Message to Citizen Who Made Rude Remark: 'I'm Okay, I Didn't Understand It'
Entertainer Lee Mi-joo has shown her magnanimous side by sending a video message to a citizen who made a rude remark towards her in the past.
In a new video uploaded on her YouTube channel 'Just Mi-joo' on the 12th, Lee Mi-joo appeared after transforming into a 'K-Gyaru' and visiting Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Lee Mi-joo introduced herself as 'Unica,' aged 22, and mentioned her past experience of being ignored in Hongdae, stating she was here to conquer Seongsu-dong.
Despite the freezing temperature of -5 degrees Celsius, Lee Mi-joo captured attention with her bold fashion, including a miniskirt and fur jacket, along with elaborate makeup. She humorously shared her daily routine, which involves drinking coffee at a cafe, taking selfies, and filming short videos.
Later, at a karaoke, Lee Mi-joo showcased her impressive singing skills, playfully telling the production team, who complimented her, that she had prepared to debut as an idol.
Notably, Lee Mi-joo addressed a citizen who, in a previous YouTube content, had called her a 'Jiraikei' after seeing her 'Gyaru' transformation. 'Jiraikei' refers to someone who appears pretty but is mentally unstable.
Lee Mi-joo revealed that she had seen the comment but didn't realize it was Korean and therefore wasn't offended. She sent a video message saying, 'I wonder if they are doing well. I wonder if they watched the YouTube video. I'm okay. I really didn't understand it. Don't worry too much, okay?' demonstrating her big-hearted nature.
Netizens expressed their approval of Lee Mi-joo's magnanimous attitude, commenting, 'As expected of Mi-joo, it's so refreshing,' 'It's hilarious that she didn't understand,' and 'Her broad mind makes her even cooler.'
