Baseball player Kim Ha-seong appeared on the MBC variety show 'I Live Alone' and shared candid stories about his career and life.

"I was so skinny when I was young and felt I lacked strength. I decided to bulk up to gain power," Kim revealed, discussing his past concerns. He explained, "When I first joined the team at 20, I weighed 68kg. I wanted to become a shortstop who hits home runs, so I've now reached 90kg and maintain that performance level."

After his workout and grocery shopping, Kim returned home to share a meal with fellow player Kim Jae-hyun and his coach. During the meal, Kim recalled his early days adapting to life in the U.S., confessing, "I experienced stress-induced hair loss. It was a very lonely and difficult time." He shared that he gifted the coach a plane ticket to the U.S. to help him through the hardships together.

The group then headed to a PC bang (internet cafe) to play games. Kim boasted about his gaming skills, stating with excitement, "I'm the best there. My rank is Brigadier General. My recent ranked matches haven't been bad." This prompted host Jun Hyun-moo to joke, "You seem more excited talking about games than baseball," drawing laughter from the others.

Netizens commented, 'Kim Ha-seong is so entertaining!', 'So that's why he bulked up, fascinating!', 'It's heartwarming to hear he went through a tough time in the U.S.'
