Lim Young-woong Fans Surpass 100 Million Won in Donations with 79th Meal Service

Fans of trot singer Lim Young-woong are continuing their heartwarming acts of kindness.

The fan club 'Hero Generation Band (Sharing Group)' held their 79th volunteer event on March 12th at the Catholic Love Peace House in Dongja-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, preparing and delivering meals for residents of the Ssukbang촌 (rooftop room villages).

On this day, the fans prepared ingredients worth approximately 1.5 million KRW and personally cooked and delivered the meals. This milestone marks the 79th such service since the initiative began in May 2020, and with it, their cumulative donations have exceeded 100 million KRW.

The Catholic Love Peace House presented a plaque of appreciation to 'Hero Generation Band (Sharing Group)' to acknowledge their continuous dedication and generous support over the years.

'Hero Generation Band (Sharing Group)' has been consistently carrying out their meal service every second Thursday of the month for the past four years. They stated, "Although the volunteer work is not easy, we feel immense happiness when we deliver warmth and love to others," vowing to continue their charitable efforts.

Korean netizens praised the fans' dedication, commenting, "Just like their singer, they have a warm heart," and "Their continuous efforts are truly inspiring."
