News has broken that Tiffany Young of the iconic group Girls' Generation and actor Byun Yo-han are in a serious relationship with marriage planned for next fall. This announcement has reignited interest in their past interactions, including their passionate kiss scene in the drama 'Uncle Samsik'.

Byun Yo-han's agency, Team Hope, confirmed to OSEN, "The two actors are currently in a serious relationship with marriage as their goal." They added, "While specific dates have not yet been set, both actors have expressed their strong desire to be the first to inform their fans when a decision is made," hinting that the wedding is not far off.

The couple's story began on the set of the Disney+ series 'Uncle Samsik', released last May. Playing opposite each other, they developed a strong chemistry that led to an intense kiss scene, marking a transition from colleagues to lovers. Their relationship has now culminated in plans for marriage after about a year and a half.

The kiss scene from 'Uncle Samsik' has particularly resurfaced, drawing significant attention. Tiffany previously recalled in an interview, "Our partnership was excellent. It was my first kiss scene, and it was so intense and passionate, which made it fun. (Byun Yo-han) has a beard, so it felt almost like an action scene. My lips swelled up and my face turned red from the intensity. We filmed it like an action sequence."

Among Girls' Generation members, Sooyoung, who has been in a long-term public relationship with actor Jung Kyung-ho for over a decade, was widely expected to be the first to marry. However, Tiffany Young's announcement of her relationship and impending marriage has positioned her to become the 'first married member' of the group.

Having debuted in 2007, Girls' Generation has remained a group without any married members, despite their extensive career spanning over 18 years. With Tiffany's news, fans are keenly anticipating future marital announcements from other members.

Following the news, Tiffany posted a heartfelt handwritten letter on her personal account, stating, "I am currently in a meaningful relationship with someone with marriage in mind. They bring positivity and hope into my life and provide me with stability." She assured fans, "While specific plans are not yet finalized, I promise to share any important decisions with you, my fans, first."

Byun Yo-han also shared a handwritten letter, confessing, "I have met someone special who makes me want to be a better person when I'm with them, and whose smile warms my heart even when I'm tired." He added, "We are in a serious relationship with marriage in mind. Specific schedules or plans are not yet confirmed, but my greatest wish has always been to share this news with you, my fans, first."

Korean netizens are showering the couple with congratulations, commenting things like, "Tiffany, congratulations on your marriage! Wishing you and Byun Yo-han a happy life together!", "That kiss scene in 'Uncle Samsik' is still so heart-fluttering to rewatch!", and "Hoping for good news from the other Girls' Generation members soon too."
