SECRET NUMBER's Soodam Departs Group, Pens Heartfelt Letter to Fans

Soodam, a member of the girl group SECRET NUMBER, is leaving the group and her agency, Vine Entertainment.

Soodam recently revealed a handwritten letter on social media, personally informing her fandom, 'LOCKEY,' about the expiration of her exclusive contract. "I have successfully concluded my contract with Vine Entertainment," she stated, expressing her gratitude to the fans. "Above all, I want to first thank our LOCKEYs who have made SECRET NUMBER what it is today."

Having debuted in 2020 with SECRET NUMBER's first single album 'Who Dis?', Soodam reflected on her journey. "Thank you for being with me since 2020," she wrote. "I received so much love that I never experienced in my life, and I was able to grow through unimaginable experiences."

She further confessed her honest feelings, saying, "Because of that, I feel even more regretful and heavy-hearted now, as I send my final greetings as Soodam of SECRET NUMBER, feeling that I couldn't fully repay the love and expectations of LOCKEYs." Soodam added, "Whether on stage or in daily life, my memories are always filled with the strength I received from LOCKEYs. I was able to come this far thanks to LOCKEYs."

Finally, Soodam pledged, "Although I may greet LOCKEYs from a different place in the future, I will not forget that feeling and will strive to grow consistently in my own way to show you a better side." She concluded by saying, "Please continue to love SECRET NUMBER a lot. Thank you. I love you. LOCKEY." Following Soodam's departure, SECRET NUMBER is expected to continue promoting as a five-member group: Dita, Léa, Soodam, Jinny, Denise, and Minji.
