A group attempting to resell tickets for popular artist G-Dragon's concert at inflated prices has been apprehended by the police.

The Seoul Guro Police Department announced yesterday (14th) around 1 PM that they had arrested six individuals near the Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul, on charges of attempting to engage in scalping for G-Dragon's concert.

According to the police investigation, the suspects had arranged meeting locations online and intended to exchange tickets near the concert venue.

Among the six arrested, four were Chinese nationals, and most were in their 20s.

The police have issued a fine of 160,000 KRW to one individual with imminent departure plans, while the remaining five have been referred for summary judgment.

This operation was conducted as part of an on-site crackdown aimed at eradicating illegal ticket scalping, which often surges before highly anticipated performances.

Netizens reacted with comments such as, 'This is really persistent,' 'Scalping must be eradicated,' and 'It's sad that this happens for a concert meant for fans.'
