JYP Entertainment, the agency for the popular girl group TWICE, has issued a strong warning to fans regarding invasive behavior that infringes on the artists' privacy.

In a lengthy announcement posted on the official fan community platform on the 15th, the agency stated, "Recently, we have confirmed instances of fans crossing personal routes, excessive approach and filming, and repeated attempts at conversation and calls during the artists' private schedules and non-public movements."

The agency emphasized that such actions can cause psychological burden and stress to the artists, particularly causing inconvenience to members who frequently travel and have overseas schedules.

JYP clarified that unauthorized filming, close-up filming, and following artists during non-official schedules, such as at airports, during vacations, visits to family homes, or private appointments, constitute a clear invasion of privacy. They also requested that fans refrain from filming or exposing accompanying family members, acquaintances, and friends, stressing that the privacy of those around the artists must also be respected.

The announcement further highlighted that persistent attempts to engage in conversation, request phone connections, ask for phone numbers, make excessive autograph requests, or force the delivery of letters and gifts place a significant burden on the artists. It was noted that such behavior is undesirable, especially when artists have directly asked for restraint.

Furthermore, the agency warned that blocking artists' movements or filming them at excessively close distances is extremely dangerous and can lead to safety accidents. They stated that if such actions are repeated or deemed to cause inconvenience to the artists, the company will take necessary measures to protect them.

JYP Entertainment pledged to do its best to ensure artists can continue their activities and rest in a stable environment, reiterating its request for mature consideration and cooperation from fans.

Upon seeing the announcement, netizens reacted with comments like, "Let's respect their privacy," "Safety is the most important thing," and "This incident seems to require stronger measures," raising their voices for artist protection.
