Lee Si-eon Joins 'Hunting Dogs 2', Hinting at Potential Collaboration with Rain

Actor Lee Si-eon is set to join the cast of Netflix's original series 'Hunting Dogs 2', sparking significant anticipation.

On the 15th, Lee's agency, Story J Company, officially confirmed his participation in the upcoming season to OSEN.

Earlier reports suggested that Lee would be reuniting with his close friend, singer and actor Jung Ji-hoon (Rain), to portray villains. However, Lee's representatives remained tight-lipped about the specifics of his role, stating, 'We ask for your understanding as we are unable to disclose the detailed nature of his character.'

'Hunting Dogs 2' will continue the story of Geon-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi) as they confront a ruthless illegal private loan syndicate, before taking on a global illegal boxing league with thrilling action. Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi are returning from Season 1, and director Kim Joo-hwan is back at the helm, promising another hit.

Jung Ji-hoon's casting as the villain Baek-jeong had already garnered attention. Adding to the star power, actor Park Seo-joon, who previously worked with director Kim Joo-hwan on the film 'Midnight Runners,' and YouTuber Dex are also slated for special appearances.
