Originally produced as an advertising jingle for Megastudy Education's '2027 Megapass,' the song had no initial plans for an official release. However, following the unveiling of the advertisement and music video, enthusiastic fan requests led to its digital single release.

'To You Who Will Shine the Brightest,' a pop ballad, incorporates phrases from past College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) 'copy check' sentences into its lyrics, offering warm comfort and hope.
