IVE Declines Fan Gifts and Support, Asks to Receive Only Letters

K-pop sensation IVE will no longer accept fan gifts and support, as announced by their agency Starship Entertainment.

On the 15th, the agency posted a notice on IVE's official social media channels stating that all gifts and support, excluding fan letters, will be declined going forward.

"This decision was made with the hope that the precious sentiments you send will be returned to places where fans need them more," the agency explained. "We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation."

They further added, "If you are currently preparing or have planned any support, we politely decline. We will gratefully accept only your heartfelt messages."

IVE is currently on their second world tour, 'SHOW WHAT i HAVE,' and is set to perform at the Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan next April.

Fans reacted positively to the news, with comments such as "This is a decision for IVE's positive influence," "I understand it as a wish for fans' hearts to be used in better places," and "I will continue to cheer for IVE!"
