Actress Kim Sung-ryung Jokingly Claims Buying Land on the Moon, Surprising 'Daily Delivery Our Home' Cast

Actress Kim Sung-ryung surprised the production team and audience alike with a humorous revelation at the production presentation for JTBC's new variety show, 'Daily Delivery Our Home'.

The event, held on the 16th at The Link Seoul in Sindorim-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, was attended by CP Son Chang-woo, PD Shin Ki-eun, and cast members Kim Sung-ryung, Ha Ji-won, Jang Young-ran, and Gabee.

'Daily Delivery Our Home' is set to offer a unique blend of travel and local life, combined with the concept of a mobile home. It promises an "unimaginably real day-living experience" in dreamlike destinations, distinguishing it as a novel variety program that has garnered attention, especially with PD Shin Ki-eun, who is married to Buzz's Min Kyung-hoon, leading the production.

During the press conference, Kim Sung-ryung, affectionately known as the 'foodie eldest sister,' lightened the mood by joking, "I bought about 1,000 pyeong of land on the moon with a view of Earth."

CP Son Chang-woo explained his decision to cast Kim Sung-ryung, stating, "I was most curious about Kim Sung-ryung. She's an icon of Korean beauty, and everyone spoke highly of her character. I thought her curiosity and unscripted reactions in reality shows would make her a hidden gem in variety entertainment. She's also rich in hobbies and interested in homes, aligning with the concept. Most importantly, while many people buy land on Earth, she's the first I've heard of buying land on the moon."

Kim Sung-ryung further elaborated on her joke, saying, "I have the certificate from the U.S. and am keeping it safe," adding to the laughter.

The show will also feature Ha Ji-won as the 'official sunshine of Our Home,' Jang Young-ran as an 'A-class chef,' and Gabee as the 'MZ sense' maknae, with expectations high for the chemistry among the four distinct personalities.

'Daily Delivery Our Home' is scheduled to premiere today, the 16th, at 8:50 PM on JTBC.
