Jeon Jong-seo Reveals Why She Chose 'Project Y': 'Not Hesitant Thanks to Han So-hee'

Actress Jeon Jong-seo has shared the reasons behind her decision to join the cast of the upcoming film 'Project Y'.

The production presentation for 'Project Y' was held on the afternoon of the 16th at Megabox COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Han So-hee, Jeon Jong-seo, Kim Shin-rok, Jung Young-ju, Lee Jae-gyun, Yoo Ah, and director Lee Hwan.

'Project Y' tells the story of Mi-seon (Han So-hee) and Do-kyung (Jeon Jong-seo), who dream of a different tomorrow while living in the heart of a dazzling city, as they steal black money and gold bars.

When asked about her casting, Jeon Jong-seo stated, "The opportunity to work on a road movie with a peer actor like Han So-hee was very appealing. It's not a common chance, so I decided to participate without hesitation." She added that she was excited when she first received the script.

'Project Y' is set to be released on January 21, 2026.
