'Knowledge Channele' Joins Netflix: EBS Expands Adult Content Lineup

EBS's acclaimed documentary series 'Knowledge Channele' is now available on Netflix, reaching a global audience.

The service commenced on November 15th, with 25 episodes initially released on the global OTT platform. Moving forward, 25 new episodes will be progressively added every two months, totaling 150 episodes.

This launch marks a significant expansion of EBS's content offerings on Netflix, targeting adult viewers. Previously, EBS's Netflix content primarily consisted of children's programs such as 'Hocisimttakji' and 'Hangeul Warriors Aiya'.

While shows like 'The World's Best Journey' and 'Architectural Exploration House' were previously available, they are no longer on the platform. With the addition of 'Knowledge Channele', EBS aims to re-strengthen its supply of high-quality educational content for adults.

Furthermore, diverse educational programs including 'Hobby is Science' and 'Seo Jang-hoon's Millionaire Next Door' are slated for release on Netflix in December.

An EBS representative stated, 'Following our strong presence in kids' content, we've newly added educational programs for adult viewers. Through platform expansion, we will showcase EBS's excellent content to a wider audience.'
