A past incident where comedian Jo Se-ho introduced an acquaintance involved in fraud to a celebrity is gaining renewed attention online.

During a 2014 episode of the MBC variety show 'Sebakwi - Friend Finder,' celebrity Kim Na-young recounted an embarrassing experience involving a man introduced by Jo Se-ho.

Kim Na-young shared that she had dinner with Jo Se-ho and Nam Chang-hee, where Jo Se-ho insisted on introducing a man he referred to as a 'father-like elder brother.'

However, to her shock, Kim Na-young discovered a few days later through news reports that the same man had been arrested on fraud charges, causing a stir in the studio.

Jo Se-ho explained that he had trusted the individual, who had offered him significant encouragement during difficult times, only to realize later that everything was a lie. He even knelt and apologized to Kim Na-young during the broadcast. This seemingly humorous segment is now being re-examined in light of recent controversies surrounding Jo Se-ho.

Jo Se-ho recently faced public scrutiny over alleged ties to organized crime figures and suspicions of receiving expensive gifts. These allegations led to his departure from major variety programs, including KBS2's '2 Days & 1 Night' and tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block.' The resurfacing of this past anecdote, coupled with current issues, has intensified public scrutiny on Jo Se-ho.

Netizens are commenting, "He should have been more careful given this happened in the past," "The controversies never seem to end," and "This will likely have a significant impact on his image," expressing concern over Jo Se-ho's recent actions.
