Do Kyung-wan Reflects on His Day: 'Did Nothing,' but Full Schedule of Errands, Housework, and Childcare

Broadcaster Do Kyung-wan shared a humorous reflection on his daily activities, claiming he 'did nothing' while detailing a packed schedule.

On the 24th, Do Kyung-wan posted on his social media, "I did nothing today. Those who do not work should not eat," accompanied by a photo.

He elaborated, "I took my wife to work, came home and organized clothes all day, washed and fed the kids after they came home from school, and put them to bed. Other than that, I did nothing." Despite this, he humorously added, "Yet, I feel like I should eat," sharing a picture of a tempting sashimi dish.

Although Do Kyung-wan downplayed his efforts, his day was evidently full. He saw his wife, Jang Yoon-jeong, off to work, managed household chores, and took care of the children's needs. His responsibilities seemed to require more than two hands, yet he humbly stated he had accomplished little. Colleagues like Lee Hyun-yi and Jasson offered words of encouragement, saying, "You did the most important work."

Recently, Do Kyung-wan was involved in a 'subsidiary controversy' with KBS junior announcer Kim Jin-woong. The issue arose when Kim Jin-woong referred to Do Kyung-wan as Jang Yoon-jeong's 'sub' on a TV show, leading to Jang Yoon-jeong's anger and a wider discussion. The controversy was resolved after Kim Jin-woong personally apologized to both Jang Yoon-jeong and Do Kyung-wan, who accepted his apology.

Do Kyung-wan debuted as a KBS announcer in 2008 and married singer Jang Yoon-jeong in 2013. They have two children, a son and a daughter. After leaving KBS in 2020, he transitioned to a freelance broadcaster, appearing on various entertainment programs.
