The episode featured Oh Jeong-tae and his mother, Kim Bok-deok. Host Hyun Young expressed her delight upon seeing Oh's mother, stating, 'I can't help but smile whenever I see your mother.'
However, Oh Jeong-tae's mother revealed that she is suffering from stage 4 degenerative arthritis, a condition stemming from hardships in her youth. Oh expressed his deep concern, saying, 'My mother has stage 4 degenerative arthritis, and it breaks my heart just to see her walk. Her hands are deformed, and she experiences severe pain.'
Despite these challenges, Oh's mother diligently cares for her husband, who has been diagnosed with early-stage dementia. She shared, 'He attends a senior daycare center, but he's particular about personal hygiene and insists on washing himself.' The couple's enduring affection was evident throughout their segment.
When Oh's mother playfully asked her husband if he had a crush at school, he responded, 'When I go to school, that person is kind to me, so I like them,' eliciting laughter and heartwarming moments.
