Lee Jun-ho, a member of the K-pop group 2PM and a rising actor, is set to transform from his flashy past into a novice company president in the upcoming tvN drama 'Typhoon Inc.'

Set to premiere on October 11, 'Typhoon Inc.' chronicles the challenging growth journey of Kang Tae-poong (played by Lee Jun-ho), who unexpectedly becomes the head of a trading company struggling with the 1997 IMF financial crisis. The recently released preview video highlights Tae-poong's transition from a flamboyant 'Gangnam pretty boy' to a determined leader facing the economic storm that threatens his father's company.

The video shows Lee Jun-ho, shedding his previous image of carefree confidence, adopting a more serious demeanor as he steps into the role of the inexperienced president. He must now navigate the harsh realities of business and rescue the failing Typhoon Inc., moving beyond his past life as the "son of the boss" who enjoyed trendy fashion.

Supporting Kang Tae-poong in his mission are a cast of distinct characters, including the sharp and logical ace accountant Oh Mi-sun (Kim Min-ha), sales team leader Go Ma-jin (Lee Chang-hoon), general affairs deputy head Cha Seon-taek (Kim Jae-hwa), management director Gu Myeong-gwan (Kim Song-il), and logistics deputy manager Bae Seong-jung (Lee Sang-jin). Together, they form a 'one team' aiming to overcome the crisis.

Notably, a scene where Kang Tae-poong walks through fire, exclaiming, "I want to show you. Our taste, our products," underscores his tenacity and his hands-on approach as a leader, generating palpable tension. Another poignant moment reveals his vulnerability as he sincerely asks Oh Mi-sun for help, admitting, "I want to learn how to do this, please help me." Despite his inexperience, his determination to "do anything for the company," coupled with Mi-sun's unwavering support, sets the stage for his growth.

'Typhoon Inc.' promises a heartwarming tale of survival, reflecting the resilience of ordinary people during Korea's national crisis, offering comfort and courage to those facing difficulties today. The drama will air every Saturday at 9:10 PM, following the popular series 'The Tyrant's Chef.'

Lee Jun-ho debuted with the group 2PM in 2008, serving as their main dancer and sub-vocalist. He ventured into acting in 2010 with the drama 'Dream High.' Since then, he has solidified his acting career with leading roles in numerous projects such as 'Chief Kim,' 'Just Between Lovers,' 'Wok of Love,' 'Confession,' 'Hosemate,' 'The Red Sleeve,' and 'King the Land.' His performance in 'The Red Sleeve' earned widespread acclaim and accolades, including the Top Excellence Award in the Miniseries category and the Best Couple Award at the MBC Drama Awards.
