Lee's health condition was revealed in a preview for the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy,' aired on the 21st, surprising viewers. He was reportedly diagnosed with a rare disease after visiting a hospital due to severely bloodshot eyes. In the program, Lee detailed his symptoms, stating, "There were times I felt 'painful,' like being stabbed with a needle. It feels like being stabbed even when I just breathe, located a little below my trapezious muscle." The attending physician diagnosed it as a "rare disease that affects only about 1% of the Korean population."
