Singer and actress IU has been honored with the Best Actress award at the Seoul Drama Awards 2025 for her captivating performance in the Netflix series 'When Life Gives You Tangerines'.
The ceremony, held on October 2nd at the KBS Hall in Yeouido, saw IU recognized for her dual role as Oh Ae-soon and her daughter Yang Geum-ja. Actress Yum Hye-ran, who played Ae-soon's mother, was visibly moved upon announcing IU's win, stating, "It makes me happier than receiving an award myself to see her receive this."
