Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative, lawyer Ko Sang-rok, has once again directly refuted the dating rumors with the late Kim Sae-ron that arose during his military service.

Through his YouTube channel 'Go's March', lawyer Ko Sang-rok analyzed the contents of a letter said to have been sent by Kim Soo-hyun to the late Kim Sae-ron, leaving a lengthy post arguing that it is 'difficult to see it as a love letter'.

Lawyer Ko emphasized, "The letter sent by the actor to the deceased contains no direct expressions of affection, nor any curiosity or questions about the recipient." He further stated, "Common phrases used between lovers like 'I love you,' 'I miss you,' or even compliments on appearance are not visible."

He continued, "A typical love letter would be filled with joy from a recent phone call, gratitude for being waited for, apologies for not doing well before enlistment, and promises to do better in the future." He drew a line by saying, "In reality, the actor's 150 love letters overflowed with such content. However, the letter in question shows no such traces."

Regarding the overall characteristics of the letter, lawyer Ko explained, "There are no shared memories or specific meeting plans with the recipient; it is solely filled with personal reflections like the cloudy sky and resolutions for military life."

He added, "While there is a somewhat awkward phrase at the end, 'I miss you... or do I?,' this expression is also difficult to interpret as specifically aimed at a lover." He noted, "If it were a letter to a lover, it would be natural to mention looking forward to seeing them soon or how anticipated it is, especially with a leave approaching, but there's no such mention."

In his post, the lawyer concluded that the actor's letter ends with personal aspirations such as achievements felt during military life, returning to acting after discharge, and travel plans. He repeatedly stressed, "Ultimately, it's just a letter written as if updating an acquaintance on his whereabouts, making it difficult to consider it a love letter."

Lawyer Ko pointed out, "My MBTI is ENTJ, and specifically a strong T, so I focus on fact-checking rather than emotions. Anyone who carefully reads the records will reach the same conclusion." He stated, "Portraying this letter as something special is contrary to the facts."

Finally, lawyer Ko asserted that those claiming this letter is a love letter have been misled by 'evidence manipulation and incitement,' urging them to lead a life of independent thought and free thinking.

This statement draws attention as the actor's side continues to issue rebuttals amidst the escalating truth dispute, with photos left by the deceased and Kim Soo-hyun's letter being presented as 'evidence of their relationship.'
