Creator Community Mourns Passing of YouTuber "Library" (Na Dong-hyun); Kim Sung-hoe of 'G-Sikbaekgwa' Pays Tribute

The creator community is in mourning following the sudden passing of popular YouTuber "Library" (real name Na Dong-hyun).

Kim Sung-hoe, who runs the YouTube channel 'G-Sikbaekgwa', shared on the channel's community page that he had visited the mourning altar. "I learned about the world of game broadcasting through my senior, and it inspired me to dream of becoming a game broadcaster," Kim wrote, expressing his deep respect for the late YouTuber.

He continued, "Every path begins as an uncharted territory where someone must bravely lead the way, often through hardship. I, a junior who respected my senior, though we were the same age, remember the one who forged this path," adding, "I deeply mourn the final journey of the pioneer."

Kim also sent a funeral wreath with the message, "We deeply mourn the final journey of the one who paved the way," further emphasizing the profound sense of loss. The police reported that Na Dong-hyun was found deceased at his home on the morning of September 6th. No signs of foul play or a suicide note were found at the scene, and an autopsy is pending to determine the exact cause of death.

Na Dong-hyun, known as "Library," was a pioneering South Korean YouTuber who gained immense popularity for his engaging game streaming content. He was born in 1985 and began his streaming career in 2011, quickly becoming one of the country's most beloved internet personalities. Beyond gaming, he also ventured into various forms of media, including television appearances and public speaking, showcasing his versatility and influence.
